NOMINATE A LATINO JUDGE.

IF THE DEMS ATTACK HIM, THEY WILL ALIENATE LATINOS.

4D CHESS

Edit: And the whole objective is to fail. After the Dems attack the Latino judge, Trump should pull his nomination and say he "failed". The Latino judge can make a speech about how the Dems viciously attacked him and he will gain the sympathy of the Latino community.

Nominate the best judge. The hardest right-winger we can ram through the Senate.

Sounds like he’s doing a great job right where he is.

It's a strategy to win re-election. ALL THAT MATTERS IS GETTING TRUMP RE-ELECTED

The shadow globalists have no issue with taking out SCJ's.

Trump is more important in exposing and taking them out.

The only reason Trump isn't removed is because he has the people.

When you put it that way.. yep, this. Even if by some insane twist of liberal fuckery Trump doesn't win, another solidly conservative justice can mitigate the damage the next liberal "muh constitution is a living document" fuckboy would commit.

Trump's reelection means replacing Thomas and potentially Breyer too. The importance of those two appointments can't be overstated.

This confirmation is almost as important as the election. A President is temporary but the Supreme Court is forever.

Supreme Court shouldn't be forever. That branch is too big for its damn britches.

Abortion? Couldn't get voted on. Went through the courts.

Gay marriage? People voted NO! Went through the courts.

These Mail in Ballot problems we have in Pennsylvania and Michigan? Judges, judges, judges, F'ing Judges.

No, this is more important. Defending the constitution is more important than Trump. Often supporting Trump is the best way to accomplish that goal, but if the supreme court refuses to defend the constitution as witten then it's the end of the United States as we know it.

National conceal-carry reciprocity. Repeal NFA, AWBs, magazine-capacity limits. A man can dream.

I would say that the farthest right is best. It isn't like we don't have ideological leftists. We can't nominate a centrist in that environment.

Black judge would be even spicier. Imagine the spectacle of democrats attacking a black man (or woman!) right before the election

Did we get those Clarence Thomas clones ready for the next nomination?

I’m not familiar with Trump’s list. Any young, black constitutionalists?

I don't think she'd want it. I know someone who interacts with her regularly at Stanford, and they say she's exactly where she wants to be. He said she gets offers from everywhere to go work/teach, but she considers Stanford home - she'd have to move to DC to be a Supreme. (And says very, very nice things about her.) (I've angled a couple of times to get invited to events she'd be at, but no dice.)

I would not be unhappy if Trump picked her and she accepted, but I'd be surprised, if she accepted, from all I've heard.

Then you can use Sotomayor’s retarded comment against them.

“He’s better because of his Latino perspective!”
