The music is the warm-up / outro playlist from the rally that he's leaving. Playing on the PAs. At first I thought the Trump campaign / official YT put that on intentionally, but now I can hear that it's part of the ambient background.
The coincidence of that track playing during this encounter is kind of touching. Total accident - but reality serves up nice moments like that sometimes.
