But they aren’t. In fact, some states are legalizing abortion up through the day of birth. Roe is at odds with modern science - but is used to push a sadistic agenda of late term baby killing.

The decision was formed by an activist court, and based on a “woman’s right to privacy.” Essentially, no law could stop a woman from having a medical procedure performed as that was a matter between her and her doctor.
