She voted to keep open borders, wanted to lower the age of consent to 12, if what I've read is correct, voted against the Republican or Conservative agenda time after time, seemingly had not a patriotic bone in her body, so tell me why the Republicans fall over themselves, including our POTUS, to sing her praises just because she died? Either they don't really believe what they tell us all day long, or they're just being fake right now with all this glowing praise of her, and I don't like it. If you were my political enemy and the enemy of America, I don't care if you got eaten by a mountain lion in front of your whole family. I'm going to offer some condolences, but I'm not going to offer much praise or say I admired you or glorify you in any way. The Leftist politicians have not a single nice word for any of our politicians when they die, no gushing flattery or statements, because they don't LIKE our politicians and what they stand for. So, why do our reps do it? You can be classy and offer condolences to the family, the colleagues, compliment "Such a long and influential career" whatever without going overboard for someone who bashed you mercilessly and sits diametrically opposed to all the things you're supposed to believe in. I really don't like POTUS laying it on thick for people who hate his guts just because he thinks he's supposed to, or that being the President means he has to glorify someone simply for being a very old judge who should have retired years ago because she was too old to do her job anymore. Stupid cuck Republicans do it to "look good" and they never look good and it earns them no mercy from the Left or the MSM ever. POTUS need not model his behavior after Republican cucks and Uniparty members.
The faults of our brothers, we write upon the sands, their virtues on tablets of love and memory.

You're not wrong, but a too-brief statement from POTUS would be perceived as a snub. And any public criticism of the recently deceased is tacky for multiple reasons.* As usual, Trump is doing it 100% right.
(*) We're free to think what we like personally, of course.
