I would have been much more respectful of her death if she removed herself from the court when she started falling asleep all the time and her law clerks weren't doing her job for her. She choose to stay in because she wanted Hillary to be president when she retired. It was her own vanity that put her in this situation. She could have retired while Obama was in office.
