If the senate does not vote on the court nominee, then the party is truly dead and trump should go into term two as the head of the Patriot Party. Any republican senator who opposes filling that seat will need to go.

Republicans now need to realize that this is bigger than just four more years of Donald Trump as President. The open SCOTUS seat is possibly more important than the next few elections. This election will likely decide the next decade or two for our country, if not longer. I don’t care if you don’t like his demeanor or how he tweets. Voting Trump into office again is now a requirement in order to save our republic. Refusing to vote for him and hoping that someone like Biden will pick a fair Supreme Court Justice is ridiculous. Whoever takes the SCOTUS seat will likely be there for decades and will be the deciding factor due to some current Justices flipping on every other decision.
So to all undecided or anti-Trump RINOs: electing Trump for a second term is now a requirement or else you might as well just register as a Democrat.
