All this stuff about her being a legend is just silly. Liberal justices all vote as a bloc. There’s nothing interesting or unique about them. They all apply the same politicized end-driven methodology and so their votes are utterly predictable.
That’s why the conservative justices are always far more well known and interesting. They have their own philosophies and they apply them. Scalia’s or Thomas’ opinions will always be far more interesting to read that Ginsburg’s. Like who cares a wit about Elena Kagan?
This is also why conservatives need outsized majorities to get anything done. Their variable approaches lead to unexpected outcomes. Often at least one conservative justice will find a reason under their philosophy to vote with the liberals. But the liberals on the other hand are robots and rarely cross lines.
