Obviously both is ideal but what's a bigger issue to you? Getting rid of abortion is a big deal but so is having a member of scotus that will go after the dozens of laws that infringe on a right that the constitution says "shall not be infringed".

There is some serious chances this appointment, and the resulting 6-3 conservative majority, will change a lot in our country.
