Think about it. He either votes with them to make it 5/3 or he votes with us to make it 4/4 and then no need for a tie breaker because he already voted and we obviously win..
That means it's now effectively a 1 man court until we fill that damned seat..... And that 1 man flew on Epstein's plane.....

If it is filled, it also takes away an incentive for the Democrats to vote. Biden isn't exciting anyone, so if you take away the battle for the Supreme court nominee from them. all they are left with is Biden, and they will also feel dejected.
