Why not find something that gives your life enough meaning that you "have too much to lose"? Why not reach a level of fulfillment that brings you to a point where it's a hard choice and revisit the question later on then.

No person makes strictly killing in itself their end goal, so there must be something more you seek. It's hard for me to tell, though, if it's political change, recognition, purpose, fame, success, or some combination. Maybe figuring that out will be a good starting point for why you feel compelled to make this post.

It's still not clear to me what exactly you want. You don't want a quiet, "normal" life, fair enough. You claim to be a former soldier, and that your life "died" when you left Iraq. Why not remain in the military or become a mercenary of sorts?

This country is what it is because of a process. That process took long and if you are a conservative you know what i mean. Everything takes time and some things are so complicated that they take even more time - the patience to wait for the right time. This will come after November, or whenever the election is over. Don't just throw everything out now.

No, you want to be a "hero" and you're just impatiently waiting for justice, which in the real world often never comes. You don't want what we want. You're only thinking of yourself.
