I know this wont be a popular thought but I think he will vote yes because of Burisma. He knows that if there is an investigation that he will go down and there is no way that our President will let him forget that and he will hold it over his head and force him to vote yes. Just a theory.

Give him immunity in return for his vote, we need a favorable court for the upcoming election shenanigans from the dems.The guy is a scumbag but this election will decide if America survives.
Let's just hope it's not some deepstate mole that gets put in, it would explain all the outrage in order to get us to think this is a good thing. I know it's probably not but i'm skeptical about anything like this, it has happened countless times in history.
The RINOS said they don't want to vote. Wouldn't that mean you need less votes for a simple majority? I don't think they would necessarily vote against a nominee...

Yeah, there's a difference between "I don't think we should vote before inauguration" and "I don't vote for this nominee".
