Asked whether the Senate was obligated to consider Garland, Ginsburg replied, “That’s their job. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the president stops being president in his last year.”

Ginsburg's granddaughter is lying about her grandmother's supposed "dying wish."

Ginsburg may have said she hoped she didn't die before the election, or maybe before January, because she was hoping Biden would win and Trump wouldn't have time, leverage, and/or morale to replace her.

She could also have said she wished that Trump wouldn't be the one to replace her, but more as something she hoped wasn't the reality rather than as a "dying wish," because she knew Trump has all the power and right to replace her.
