These people claim that they want war but none of them would last more than 30 seconds or so in a firefight. Remember, these are the same people who post on Reddit about the internal battles that they have to fight daily when it comes to talking to the clerk at Kroger. The same freaks with their emotional support peacocks who made apartments/businesses scrutinize those of us who have real service dogs for actual medical conditions.
On the other hand, our side is heavily weighted with hunters and veterans. Many of us have taken a life, be it human or of a lesser animal species. Whereas many of these leftist folks would talk a big game, when things get messy I can assure you that most will panic and lose it.
During my time in the Army, I met and worked alongside many career soldiers in the SOF world. The old school JSOC/USASOC cats are pretty much all conservatives. Outside of the ones too injured and old to play a young mans game, a majority of the guys I know who retired from Special Mission Units still stay extremely active. Many of them are not shy about their political views and their plans for when the rioters/insurrectionists come to their neighborhoods. In the case of family members in that category, one of mine loved what he did so much that after he retired he went into the PMC world and between that and the military, has over 4 decades of operational experience ranging from time in the premier SMU to working for big name PMC. The idea that nobody likes war is not correct thinking - there are many who understand the necessity of it, of those a good number truly enjoy it - luckily, in my experience, those guys are on our side.
When the leftists decide to put on their surplus gear and LARP as operators, they aren’t going to last long once they encounter guys who have done this in real shithole countries, who just want to enjoy their retirement in peace.
