The intersctionalists have decreed: Trump MUST replace RBG with another female Jew! (because obviously, genitalia and how/who/what you worship are critical to interpreting the constitutionality of laws.)
My response however, is one of agreement.
The constitution does not place any restriction on who may be appointed to the SCOTUS.
The Constitution does not specify qualifications for Justices such as age, education, profession, or native-born citizenship. A Justice does not have to be a lawyer or a law school graduate. Many of the 18th and 19th century Justices studied law under a mentor because there were few law schools in the country.
Therefore, to mollify the intersctionalists, The POTUS should immediately nominate a woman and Jew to the supreme court.
Ivanka Trump.
She's no conservative. But she does have an amazing rack.
Tiffany is a lawyer. But Ivanka would be a good choice. I think some might not approve and claim nepotism though. Haha
Actually if you wanted diversity - you should appoint at Protestant to the Court - because everyone on it now is either Catholic or Jewish.
