I expect Romney to be one of the 50 confirming this time. Maybe it's just a hunch, but Utah can forgive him on opposing Trump on a lot of things, SCOTUS is not one of those things. If he's going to cling to his empty shell of a failed political career the same way John McCain did, he has to come up big in moments like these in the Republican's favor.
