Loeffler ads are saturating local talk radio, but I haven't heard anything from Collins. I can't even find polling data about the race, but I think what is most likely to happen is a Collins/Loeffler runoff in December.

Now there's a proper eulogy for the deceased.

Some more generous people might have some class when it comes to the dead, but I'd like to remind everyone we used to burn witches alive. Waiting till they die slowly from multiple natural causes (possible several times already) is about as "civilized" as I'm willing to be.

10
clearsighted 10 points ago +11 / -1

There's nothing with taking great satisfaction in the chance to save lives by replacing an evil person with a righteous one. But there is something wrong in dwelling and taking vicarious pleasure in a human death. That's more of a leftist thing.

4
MakeAmericaLegendary 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly. I'm hyped that we have a chance to save this nation, but I would have been just as hyped had she retired instead.

Hate to to be the grouch, but about 25 million of those would have grown up to be rioters. (You know it, I know it, we all know it.)

42
tombombadil 42 points ago +45 / -3 (edited)

No. The rioters would not be conceived. There would be an immediate mass change in sexual behavior if people knew that there is no last resort when it comes to conceiving an unplanned child. Women would stop being thots who act like sex is merely a recreational activity. And guys would have to actually show that they are trustworthy if they want to have sex. It would solve SO many of society’s problems if we outlawed abortion. Make sex about having babies again!

17
anduriliamfotw 17 points ago +17 / -0

yes. and a shift in our culture to pro- LIFE would unlock heavens blessing and hearts would change and convert anyways. the ones who dont want that will just implode and/or leave the country

I'm worried about 2 things. The first is an allowance in the case of a rape may spur false rape accusations. The second is a horrific black market.

The legality or illegality of an action doesn't mean it happens or doesn't happen. It changes how it happens.

Another outcome could be more casual gay sex.

I am not sure the law or the courts are the best way to handle this issue. The abortions are (mostly) a symptom of the issue.

6
Rokaroo 6 points ago +7 / -1

the 14th amendment guarantees life to all people. this includes ppl in the womb. the correct answer is not even in the case of rape. the human soul is present from the get go - it doesnt develop like human organs.

if homicide were legal, we’d be right to make it illegal, and not “worry” about whether or not ppl will “do it anyways”.

and please dont spam me with the same response more than once like you did 😁

1
Furaffinitydotnet 1 point ago +1 / -0

People will travel to get it done.

1
anduriliamfotw 1 point ago +1 / -0

thats not an argument against making it illegal. ppl will sneak around to commit homicide too - it still shld be illegal.

murder is illegal but that doesn't seem to stop anyone. Let's legalize it! Heck, why have any laws at all?!?

14
drsowells1fan 14 points ago +14 / -0

Bingo. All over the world a baby is gift from God (China, excepted) but here, the right to killing an inconvenient baby is the middle class woman's sacrament. But I'm up for partner! My daughter just got into Stanford! We'd have to move for a fourth kid...

22
tombombadil 22 points ago +22 / -0

There is this notion in the west that raising a kid is a huge burden. It’s really not. You don’t have to get them an iPad, designer clothes, and take out dinners every night. Buy them some used books, some second hand clothes, and sauté some chicken and mixed veggies for dinner. And put 2 kids in each bedroom if you don’t have the space. The kids don’t care at all and will probably live a better life that way.

The problem is that parents worry about how other parents will perceive them if their kids don’t have all of the best things. There is so much vanity with parenting. It’s supposed to be about raising a child to be a good adult, not raising a child to be a status symbol for yourself.

9
tufftoffee 9 points ago +9 / -0

Saved. Thanks for posting friend

5
HeIsVigo 5 points ago +5 / -0

Amen. I'm not the greatest Dad or husband but my kids are okay. Oldest makes good grades, is kind, but not a pushover. The younger ones are smart and seem happy, even if they're all goofballs. Sometimes we let them have too much screen time but damn we need a break. It's honestly the best thing I've done in my wretched life having and raising kids. Even if they can grate the nerves. Also trying to make them is alot of fun.

5
tombombadil 5 points ago +5 / -0

Your life isn’t wretched. Stop the loser think. Trump hates that for good reason. It’s like when he fired a guy on the sport because the guy called himself “white trash”. It’s good to be humble, but never insult yourself.

True and thanks, you're right. Guilt is baked in the cake, Catholicism lol. Misspent Youth would've been a better phrasing.

5
LetFreedomRing 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes! They try to convince women that being pregnant and having kids is a burden. It's a blessing! I'm gonna copy and paste a comment I made on another thread.

They don't want Americans having kids at all so they can bring in illegal immigrants to supposedly make up for the low population. They're constantly barraging our young women with articles and thoughts about having a career before children. Women will be 30 years old before they realize they're alone and barren, but hey, they sure climbed that corporate ladder!

It's not the kid that's a burden, it's the mother.

Ask anyone who's paying child support, they'll tell you.

2
Anzac21 2 points ago +2 / -0

I mean... very few places don’t have on demand abortion now. What western nation doesn’t? Poland?

8
daberoniandcheese 8 points ago +8 / -0

I’m not sure Poland counts as western, but I get your point. The developed world is committing self-genocide and meanwhile there will be something like 5 billion Africans in 2050.

Like every liberal/leftist policy, it’s all about immediate gratification at the expense of the long term.

1
Furaffinitydotnet 1 point ago +1 / -0

Only China? There are many places where this is not the case. China is also a massive and more ethnically and culturally diverse place than many people realize, particularly in the rural regions.

8
Pepe_Vult 8 points ago +9 / -1

Check out Africa and see how well some people respond to that situation

11
tholins 11 points ago +11 / -0

Population growth is out of control in Africa because the historic corrective measure for that - scarcity of food resources - has been removed by well meaning idiots. Africans would very likely not moderate their behavior in the presence of birth control (and indeed, they do not). Typically the decision on how many children would make it to adulthood was not made prior to conception.

It’s one of the hardest red pills to swallow, but the truth is that the only way to maintain a sustainable population on that continent is to stop providing food aid. We have done more damage to Africa by feeding them than just about anything else.

6
tufftoffee 6 points ago +6 / -0

I hate that we have given so much aid to Africa while we have so kany problems at home. Africans are low IQ and squander every chance we give them. The whole continent is full of people wanting gibs.

They can only farm if the people who teach them stay there. As soon as they leave all the work goes to shit.

America First Goddammit. Let them try to help themselves for once if they even can. Since when were we burdened with providing welfare to a whole fucking continent?

People who hate the welfare system at home yet are okay with giving Africa aid aren't seeing the whole picture.

3
tholins 3 points ago +3 / -0

The situation with Africa is awful. And I really should say Sub-Saharan Africa, because North Africa is a different animal. But yeah, foreign aid is highly damaging to developing countries regardless, and to provide it to a group of cultures that literally do not possess the ability to plan ahead is insanity.

For anybody who ever wants to look this up, foreign aid is hidden in the military section of the national budget. It’s kind of a dirty trick IMO. We give tens of billions every year, while it destroys these places and our debt is spiraling out of control. It’s absolutely retarded.

3
Pepe_Vult 3 points ago +4 / -1

I eat those red pills for breakfast! Good to see yourr dispensing them as well!

6
tholins 6 points ago +6 / -0

This one actually hurts me as a Christian. I hate that this is reality. I don’t like the idea that babies should ever have to die en masse for a society to stay functional. I don’t know what we do about that. Because we can’t change what Africa is.

2
Pepe_Vult 2 points ago +2 / -0

I want my quarters back.

3
RenaissanceOfHope 3 points ago +3 / -0

How well people respond to what situation in Africa?

6
tholins 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes this.

Abortion creates a moral hazard, wherein you can escape the consequences of your stupid behavior. (And yes, sleeping with a guy out of wedlock, especially if you aren’t engaged to him, is STUPID BEHAVIOR, and yes, women do use it as birth control). Abortion being legal created a much higher demand for abortion.

But abortion is necessary for women’s lib, because most of those “oppressive” rules that women lived under before literally existed to keep us safe from the consequences of having a baby out of wedlock. That’s why it’s so viciously defended.

If abortion was no longer an option, both men and women would stop making stupid sexual decisions. We would all have to re-evaluate our behavior, and change accordingly.

6
tombombadil 6 points ago +6 / -0

It’s insane to think about how many of our problems would be solved if people realized that sex exists in order to create new life.

5
tholins 5 points ago +5 / -0

Birth control and abortion have destroyed that simple reality. Everything has changed accordingly.

1
TheImpossible1 1 point ago +2 / -1

So many more problems would be fixed if women weren't massively privileged in law, but that won't change.

3
Shadilay_Were_Off 3 points ago +4 / -1

Let's nuke no-fault divorce while we're at it. The 60s "sexual liberation" was a mistake.

2
tombombadil 2 points ago +3 / -1

Better yet: eliminate state sanctioned marriage. Make it so that you have to go through the church if you want to be married.

7
Pepe_Vult 7 points ago +8 / -1

Joggers

4
Hades440 4 points ago +5 / -1

And so it's ok to kill them because of what might happen when they grow up? That's some bullshit.

2
520kj 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right? I mean, if literal murder is on the table, I'd much prefer it be of full grown adults who have done something to deserve it, not innocent helpless babies.

I bet bringing back vigilante lynch mobs would do a lot more to prevent crime than abortion does.

Doug Collins is not a Senator. He is a Representative for Georgia.

There is a Senator Collins - Susan Collins. But she is from Maine and a POS RINO who supports abortion.

6

3
shockfactor 3 points ago +4 / -1

I don't personally have a big problem with first-trimester abortion.

With that said, the court should get rid of roe v wade and the NFA at the same time, so the liberals will spend the next 20 years fighting to get roe v wade back while we make machine guns and rocket launchers.

2
JohnWickParabellum 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Democrats made sure that the majority of them were unborn babies of color, promoting multiple abortions as no different from other forms of birth control, like condoms and IUDs. They are the party of sociopaths.

2
Unboosted 2 points ago +2 / -0

The sentiment of loving and responsible nuclear famlies is amazing and great. A broken home almost always results in a broken person and abortion enables irresponsibility.
