I might get downvoted here but I think this is the time for Republicans/conservatives to extend an olive branch to the left. Tell them, "you're right, we will hold off on the pick" and make them always remember that we are the ones with principles. America will have the chance to vote on the Supreme Court pick on November 3rd. Maybe by us doing this, we can pull back the extremes from both sides and work together towards making America great for everyone, with less vitriol.
