They absolutely paid Ford to lie in public. I am an assault survivor myself and though I am doing great and have come to terms with what happened, I wept at one point watching his trial knowing the voices of millions of other survivors were silenced because of this sham. Our credibility will take a long time, if ever, to recover. This was a disaster and one of the darkest moments in recent history for our country.
We owe them absolutely nothing. I hope they find the most fair, just, honest, patriotic person they possibly can to serve alongside Kavanaugh and the rest of the SC. That would be enough revenge for me.
