I mean, they’re gonna have to pay to replace and ship them, and as lean as Amazon runs shrinkage hurts. Gonna take about 20 books sales to make up for the loss of a replacement. I’d launch an investigation and fire these assholes for costing the stakeholders boatloads of money.
