Not vote, I think. That's what she did with Kavanaugh. She is a cheater and snake. She shouldn't even be in the Senate because she stole the election in 2010.

She abstained as a favor to Montana Republican senator Steve Daines, whose daughter's wedding coincided with the Kavanaugh vote. She was going to vote no and he was going to vote yes, but they wound up both not voting, effectively.
