He is chair of Senate Judiciary and was instrumental in getting Kavanaugh and a shit ton of other judges confirmed. Judges which will help cement Trump's agenda and legacy for the rest of many of our lifetimes.

Yes, there are many other things with which he can't be trusted. But he is not "all talk" on this one.
