Everyone, even if you already know you are, should make sure you're correctly registered to vote. This will give you a chance to communicate with your County Clerk, and, once they affirm that you are properly registered, you can tell them you will not be voting by mail this year, so any mail-in ballots with your name/address on them will be fraudulent and should not be counted.
