Today is 45 days before the election. 31 states have already gone past the deadline for making a change on the November ballot. I was thinking this might be relevant when Biden died. Wasn't expecting it to be RBG.

Since we're talking about state laws, they'd have to win 31 court battles in record time. More states entering that status as we get closer to Nov.
