But yeah, the fact is every president uses a teleprompter. They don't want to sound like a rambling mess, and have highly paid speechwriters that know exactly how to push the electorate's buttons in the way they need to to win.
There's two right there lol. Although I do think he uses them to remember all the points he wants to cover instead of using them word for word.
