HELL no! It would be bad if we had a crazy leftist president like FDR or Obama. I'm only saying it because Trump will elect strong originalists. And once they're in they'll be in for decades. What you quoted is a law that can easily be changed like in 1869. But why is 9 better than 12 or 6?

Whenever you think about passing policy, you have to consider that it will eventually be used against you.

If you can just add more justices to give yourself a majority, then once you lose, the other party will do the same back to you.

This kinda happens in the UK. There’s the House of Lords that has to green-light laws, budgets, etc. it has no size limit. So parties always fill it to get an advantage when they can...
