I am a pessimist by nature, so although I want it to happen more than life itself, I 100% see no chance. No doubt Trump will nominate a justice. No doubt as Collins said, the Senate Judiciary Committee will begin the process of reviewing his nominee's credentials. I can see the committee even voting and the justice will get through that obviously. What I don't see is a vote and definitely not the justice confirmed if there is a vote. Collins is already a no before the election. Then we have Mittens/Murkowski. If they are both no, then we need the other 50. What really are the chances of that happening? We all know Democrats would get this done with no problem, but the Republicans have no spine. So please, tell me how this happens. I want to be optimistic.

Another thing is to factor in the rioting/protests, including these senator's office/homes, etc. This is coming for sure, we got a taste during Kavanaugh, and I can see it scaring off a few R's.
