As an analytical person, the things that stand out to me are:
1.) The tweets were 3 hours ago, 1 hour ago, and 58 mins ago-- two hours passed between the first and second Tweet.
2.) The second and third Tweets were to clarify and reiterate that the bird was indeed dead, which he stated in his first Tweet.
3.) In the second Tweet, he actually brings up a deer randomly that he didn't mention in Tweet #1.
4.) He assumed the deer was dead because it was night time and there wasn't a carcass... what ever the hell that means. Most people would call a dead deer a "carcass".
What a bizarre couple of Tweets. He is an educated man, so the grammatical and spelling errors make zero sense. Kind of lost on the othet two. Is he just talking about dead shit he's finding on his farm?
