As of now I have the board at 49-47 republicans. Susan Collins is already a no so I’ll start from the swing votes from here on out:
Murkowski: she has a primary coming up against Palin, but she is super pro choice and anti trump so I’m assuming no.
Gardner: He has an event planned with Tom cotton next week and is on the record as pro life. I say yes.
Romney: By far the most interesting of the votes. Hates trump but very religious and very pro life. I say he is a last second yes
Manchin: my buddy at WVU law said he’s gonna be a no and we already knew that anyway.
Final tally 51-49 to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
Pedes: thoughts, comments, opinions? I hope I’m right but I can see Gardner and Romney flipping.

PS I’m aware of people like Lamar Alexander and jerry Moran but I don’t believe they will flip either
we don't need 51 votes, we need a simple majority.
the most likely scenario is that mcconnel cuts a deal with the cucks and allows them to not vote instead of voting no. we can still win 48 to 47 or even 47 to 47.
You are correct on the simple majority good sir. We do have Mike “no gay cohort on my Supreme Court” Pence. However, I find it highly unlikely 5-6 senators will abstain from a SCOTUS confirmation vote. I hope we confirm her 100-0 but that’s not going to happen so these are the senators I have my eye on. Murkowski is a lost cause, I believe we need to fight for Gardner or Romney’s vote at this point.
