The next two foreseeable justices to leave the bench are Breyer (80+ years old) and Sotomayor (health issues). Both liberals. It’s a perfect storm and it’s not outrageous to think Trump could potentially appoint 5 justices(!) and make the court 8-1 favoring conservatives.
Breyer will retire because he is over 80 and is not going to play RBG and try to cling on to his seat hoping maybe a Democrat wins in 24 to replace him. He’ll retire next term and enjoy the last years of his life in peace.
It is my opinion that Sotomayor was appointed with the intention of her retiring after 10 years. She would have retired during HRC’s second term, gone on to have a great and successful career giving “speeches” and with over 10 years on the SCOTUS under her belt she would have become very wealthy with this path. In term 1 HRC was supposed to fill Scalia’s slot, replace Kennedy and replace RBG. In term 2 she would have replaced Breyers and Sotomayor. Both RBG and Breyers were appointed by her rapist husband. HRC would have had an easy 5 SCOTUS picks giving the satanic globalists an unbeatable SCOTUS majority to reshape our country as they choose.
Instead of HRC getting 5, Trump is getting 5+. Scalia, Kennedy, RBG, Breyers, Thomas. If we get really lucky we can see the cuck Roberts resign in disgrace and possibly Sotomayor resign due to health problems but I believe she’ll hold out to see if a Democrat wins in 24.
