Politicians are supposed to like everyone except their opposition. If you've ever lobbied for anything as a citizen, you might have them lie straight to your face about how they share your concerns, agree with you, etc, then vote in opposition to what you've supported.
I've talked to three politicians on three different issues their voting record (before and after I met them) suggested we disagreed on. Only one of three had the decency to actually say that he disagreed, the other two just pretended they agreed with me.
Should we be concerned that this witch once pseudo-endorsed him? Or just chalk it up to talk to get some campaign funds?
