Can we be honest here and speak about the real Atrocity? The Fact that Democrats NOW are calling for Decorum and "Waiting" for the next president.... but they didn't have that precedent when they killed the Filibuster. They didn't have that precedent when they were trying to ram their SC justice. In my eyes, The Democrats are a dog, and they pissed on the rug. Rub their noses in it. Fill the seat.
They tried to impeach the president for no reason instead of allowing people to vote on whether to reelect him. They want to change literally every norm. They literally don't have respect for a single norm. They are currently destroying the norms around voting by mass mail-in ballots, allowing ballot harvesting, allowing no signature verification, etc.
It's a desperate bid to stop this, since they are powerless and have no leverage.

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention. They all have quotes about impeachment, and how it should never be a partisan thing, and used as a political tool. And that impeachment should only happen if everyone on both sides of the aisle agrees.
And impeachment has always required a crime in the past. This is the first impeachment where there was no crime and no bipartisan support.

Democrats said they would expand the Supreme Court if they got the Senate back. They said that much already, even if republicans hold off they'll do it anyway to ensure future dissent is silenced. Fill the seat.
