Why do we not seek converts? Because we believe you don't need to be Jewish to achieve salvation. A gentile is considered among the righteousness if you follow the seven laws of Noah. Jews have 613 commandments. It is actually much more difficult as a Jew -- you'd be seeking a burden on yourself to become Jewish, so you need to approach if you seek that commitment.
We do not believe all who do not believe as we do go to Hell. That's the policy of Muslims and some Christians. And why you all seek converts.
