When you have a large movement that is explicitly anti-white and you try to counter it with a movement that is anti-racist, what you end up with is a country that is moderately anti-white. If you want to get back to a race-neutral meritocracy, you have to have a movement that counters the anti-white racism by pointing out that white people have contributed a lot of good things to the world and that other races have problems they inflict on the world that are as bad or worse than the problems inflicted by whites. You have to allow pro-white voices to counter the anti-white voices until the anti-whites have sufficiently lost the fight.

You combat it by saying that white people invented Western civilization and everything that is good in the world (including the concept of freedom). If joggers think America is racist against them, they should be deported to Africa where they'll be free from white people's oppression.
