Why then would the Nazis ally with the fascists of Italy and Imperial Japan in the "Anti-Comintern Pact" (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Comintern_Pact ) against the genocidal communists?

I don't see your point here. Those three were allies or had common enemies, and none of them were internationalists.

Why would a socialist faction ally with non-socialists in a pact against communism? And wage total war against communists (communists that had already by that point in time committed intentional, organized and planned genocides against millions)?

Why wouldn't they? They were all threatened by the Soviets. I still don't see the point you're trying to make.
