I would say he was being obnoxious, but like you said, he wasn't stopping people from enjoying their afternoons. Plus he seemed to be just mozying on by. What's interesting is that a mob start following him. Once again highlights how quickly a mob can form and how easy it is that a mob turns to violence.
I remember a friend in the military telling me a story about a trip his high school buds took to Thailand. So they were like 18-19 and all rugby players. So bigger guys. Some local Thai dudes did not like them and were talking shit. There were like 3 of rugby guys and 12 Thai dudes. He made a point about how they had the numbers but were afraid of the small number of Americans because they were bigger and muscular.
