Real question: why? Everyone seems so up in arms about this, yet I'm the only person I know IRL that actually reads SCOTUS decisions.

Make her name 3 decisions that good ol' Ruthie authored. Make her tell you which President nominated her. How did this "paragon of justice" change the law in a way that benefits her?

I'd be absolutely shocked if she can say anything besides, "um, something about abortion," and I'm almost positive she won't be able to tell you the actual change to the law. (The one abortion decision she actually helped decide took away viability and state's interest as legal lines: basically she legalized late term abortion, and that's all. Unless your wife is a psychopath, she probably isn't a huge fan of abortion at 9 months. That was Ruth.)

The brainwashing on this one is just so nuts and so obvious, I can't understand how people aren't seeing it.

B-b-but she had a movie made about her that starred some chick. Isn't that enough to know?
