I think there is a ton of blame to lay at the judge's feet for a no knock warrant executed with very poor planning by, plain clothes cops. Had they been in uniform he may not have shot

Simply put, if you value your life then don't commit illegal activities or be partied to such activities that increase the likely hood of something bad happening to you. All these black celebraties and clowns saying "that could have been me or my brother"...I ask, are you doing illegal shit? If the answer is no, then NO, that will never be you. If your not selling drugs, doing drugs, dealing with drug dealing, commuting theft and burglary, assualting, car jacking, being a fucking inconsiderate dishonest human been, then the chances of you being shot by the police is <1%.

So fuck off, if you a good human person, minding your own business and you respect the cops, NO you will not loose your life.

Well shooting police after they say they are police is his fault for her death

Wasn’t there also a body found in a rental car with her name on the paperwork?

You are correct. I have a cop friend with connections into Louisville. Also the cop that was fired apparently was fooling around with another cop and creating lots of tension inside the force.

Still deserves a day in court, brah. Due process of law. That's America and the American way.

It was a no knock warrant but they didn't exercise that option. They knocked and announced. Now, how loud they announced could be disputed in court because I don't know. But they did knock and announce.

Edit: and frankly the stupidest part about brianna taylors narrative is idiots who act like the cops barged in and shot her in bed while she was sleeping. She fucking got in the middle of a shootout. She caused her own death in more ways than one.

Well, a lot of women follow behind their men when there is a bump in the night. It could have been just bad luck....

When interviewed by police he admitted hearing them announce they were cops. This is why they charged him with murder, because he started the entire gun battle and the police would never have shot if he hadnt fired first. They dropped the charged against the bf because of public pressure. Also, if you read the background documents they were all - and I mean everyone - involved in the drug business and one of the main players was using Breonah to hold his money. Yet another Hands Up Dont Shoot BS story that almost one digs deep enough to see for what it is.

BigPedeEnergy 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well if he did hear them ID themselves as police before shooting, then it is his fault for shooting at cops

11
Kronder12 11 points ago +11 / -0

I am going to have to correct what I said. I went back and looked at the reports. The BF admits that they knocked. He says he asked it was and then they rammed the door down. The police say they knocked and announced themselves, then entered and returned fire when the BF shot at them.

There are transcripts of phone calls between Breonna's other boyfriend and his baby mamma, in jail, confirming he was the main target and that he had left money with B to hold for him.

I do agree that she did not deserve to die because she was not armed but this tragedy was caused by the lifestyle she chose and the stupid decisions of the guy she was with that night. It is not a racially motivated incident.

Clearly it wasn't and, who knows a there could have been some noise and, that caused him not to hear them.

Amen, it's the funnest rule to break though....

BigPedeEnergy 12 points ago +14 / -2

Ya, how could you ever be expected to just believe everyone who kicks in your door screaming police in plain clothes...

befehlistbefehl 2 points ago +2 / -0

This^

If I was a home invader you bet I would loudly yell "Police" when invading a home in order to dissuade any armed home defender from shooting, or at least make them hesitate.

BigPedeEnergy 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's my thoughts too. This guy heard a knock, said he didnt hear them ID themselves. Who knows what really happened but, they then kick the door in after knocking once. Fuck that man, if he didn't hear them ID then, I don't blame him

BigPedeEnergy 8 points ago +9 / -1

Well, the worst part to me beyond just the no-knock is that the door kickers were in street clothes not a uniform. He'd be a fool not to shoot at 2 guys kicking in his door in plain clothes

JuicyfearsMAGA 0 points ago +3 / -3

You realize how misinformed you were.

This wasn't a no knock raid. They announced. And Breonna Taylor ran her boyfriend's drug empire when he was in jail..she was a hardened criminal

6
mugwump 6 points ago +6 / -0

Could they not afford a uniform?

1
BigPedeEnergy 1 point ago +2 / -1

It was still a no-knock warrant signed by the judge. Both the cops were in plain clothes. They chose to knock which was great. The cops say they announced. The shooter said he didn't hear them ID themselves. In an apartment there could have been extraneous noise that muffled the cops. Shit happens but, no-knock warrants are sketchy as fuck and, I don't think they should ever send plain clothes cop to serve a warrant.

2
synd1050 2 points ago +2 / -0

It wasn't a no-knock the cops performed. They had the warrant but they announced themselves before coming in. The boyfriend and Breanna Taylor shot the cops and they also were shot.

BigPedeEnergy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ya, we're gonna be waiting on the trial to sort a lot of this out... They may have started the fight but, the police planning of this move deserves criticism. If you expected a gun fight why only send 2 guys? If you didn't expect it and, they started it it well, that's on them...
