Well, the worst part to me beyond just the no-knock is that the door kickers were in street clothes not a uniform. He'd be a fool not to shoot at 2 guys kicking in his door in plain clothes
It was still a no-knock warrant signed by the judge. Both the cops were in plain clothes. They chose to knock which was great. The cops say they announced. The shooter said he didn't hear them ID themselves. In an apartment there could have been extraneous noise that muffled the cops. Shit happens but, no-knock warrants are sketchy as fuck and, I don't think they should ever send plain clothes cop to serve a warrant.
I'm not a fan of no knock warrents but there are specific cases where they are necessary out of saftey for the officers involved.
I'm not buying that there was noise. Taylor was a gang banger and her boyfriend or whatever he is being identified as, was a low level. Her ex was one of the top drug dealers in the city, and she ran his drug empire for him for over a year while in prison.
I'm not for a second taking the word of the shooter either, especially over the police that have already been attacked, threatened, lied about, all for a blm narrative, if which every work they've said has been proven a lie by hard clear cut facts.

You realize how misinformed you were.
This wasn't a no knock raid. They announced. And Breonna Taylor ran her boyfriend's drug empire when he was in jail..she was a hardened criminal
Could they not afford a uniform?

Pedes don't fall for this
Ya there's more to this story.
We will see more in court.
Man, I think there does need to be a law that one officer has to have a uniform on to serve a warrant.
This is a can of worms of epic proportions...
