And if this really was among Ginsburg’s dying words, it would be incredibly sad for a person to have their life’s work boiled down to some petty “wish."

Why is that so hard to believe? It's disturbing how many people here have this much respect for Ginsburg. She is petty. She is selfish. This is completely in line with her character.

Exactly. She stayed in the seat until the end, if she truly cared for her cause she would have vacated during Obama’s train wreck admin and been replaced with RBGv.2.0.
