Just look at the police throughout these riots and how they follow the orders of their liberal mayors to a "T", doing shit like abandoning their stations or ignoring the Antifa committing blatant felonies.
And police officers are programmed even less than soldiers to follow orders. If a Police officer doesn't follow an order, they get fired and lose their pension. If a soldier doesn't follow an order, he gets court martialed and possibly hanged
