Is this Kavanough's actual account? A good way to prove this would have been to include a picture of one of his tweets with this account on the bottom right hand corner.
Why was this account restricted? Get an official statement from Twitter. Did they see unusual activity like someone trying to hack in? Ask for evidence.
What is Kavanough's statement on this?
