I went on one date with a smart attractuve woman last month. We are both in our 50s. We were hitting it off really well. Politics came up and totally ruined the excellent rapport we had when I told her I was a conservative.

Yesterday morning I sent her the video of the black girl explaining how the Democrat party has lied for 4 years. https://twitter.com/i/status/1296951407027712000 This is the exact response I recieved last evening. Why would any Male much less a Conservative Male want anything to do with this?

"All I can say is look at the state of the us right here right now. Trump can blame everyone else, but he is responsible for eviscerating the career civil service especially the Stare Department which never was and never has been a cabal of communists trying to bring down the president. The Supreme Court will certainly rescind a woman's right to chose if Trump gets his pick so most Americans rightly have a problem with that. Trump inherited the booming economy which he has destroyed by mismanaging the response to COVID-19 which should have been swift and on a national scale. We now have at least another year of this even if a vaccine becomes available which certainly shouldn't happen before Election Day. And this "man of the people" was set up in business by his dad, avoided the draft 5x, is clearly misogynistic and his conflation of BLM and antifa, his support of Proud Boys and Q among literally hundreds of tweets prove him to be a racist narcissist who will front any pose no matter how extreme, illogical or false to play to his understandably demoralized base. Absolutely the worst kind of person who is clearly benefitting financially, with regal impunity, from his position as chief executive. I could go on. Enough."

I thought it humorous that she opened with "all I can say." and closed with "I could go on. Enough." I am not going to bother responding. It's not worth the time or aggravation. The talk radio host Michael Berry out of Houston has been saying for the last month not to waste time trying to convert left wingers and instead to talk to Independents. After this I can say is he is 100% correct.

Mondale got 40% of the vote. Some people you just can't reach.

The present day left is that same 40%, but what makes the situation more perilous now is that they've imported more voters for their side. Since they couldn't win over anybody who was already here.

Today I found an interesting survey from Pew Research:

https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/interactives/political-polarization-1994-2017/

Take a look at how the median lines of Democrats and Republicans have shifted over the spectrum.

From 1994 to 2017, the median "Republican" has shifted slightly to the right.

But, during the same period, the median "Democrat" made a mad dash to the left.

Today's left isn't comparable to yesterday's Democrats in 1994, much less in 1984.

The speech that The Precious gave at the 2004 D convention, the one that made him a rising star, he couldn't give it at a D convention today.

That was the one where he said "There is no black America, there is no white America, there is only the United States of America"

It was 4 years later that he lied and said he believed marriage was between a man and a woman. To the applause of those dumb cucks at Rick Warren's church. Just to get elected.

To try to red pill a hard core leftist IRL via another persons, like yourself, influence have something like a 99,9% failure rate. Afaik the most succesful way to get anyone to leave such a cult, is to bait them with a subtle step into research everything by themselves so that a person stuck in this mindset should feel like they have their own moment of epiphany. However when they are showing signs of leaving the cult, you should support it 100% without overdo it.

The walkaway testimonies have a lot of good examples.

As a late 50s woman, I'm finding it shocking that for some, age brings no wisdom. I'm puzzled and frustrated. Wishing you well, Pede, and hoping you find a woman with real intelligence and common sense!

There is literally no reason why a single man in his fifties who is open to dating age appropriate women (as you demonstrate you are in your post) should have to compromise on values. In your case, the dating pool is on your side and you are the one in the position to be choosy about this.
