Mondale got 40% of the vote. Some people you just can't reach.

The present day left is that same 40%, but what makes the situation more perilous now is that they've imported more voters for their side. Since they couldn't win over anybody who was already here.

Today I found an interesting survey from Pew Research:

https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/interactives/political-polarization-1994-2017/

Take a look at how the median lines of Democrats and Republicans have shifted over the spectrum.

From 1994 to 2017, the median "Republican" has shifted slightly to the right.

But, during the same period, the median "Democrat" made a mad dash to the left.

Today's left isn't comparable to yesterday's Democrats in 1994, much less in 1984.

The speech that The Precious gave at the 2004 D convention, the one that made him a rising star, he couldn't give it at a D convention today.

That was the one where he said "There is no black America, there is no white America, there is only the United States of America"

It was 4 years later that he lied and said he believed marriage was between a man and a woman. To the applause of those dumb cucks at Rick Warren's church. Just to get elected.
