This is why I think the concept of race is bullshit. There are people and specific cultures, but race as an identity is pure bullshit. Nothing has come good with government mandating race.

Yes, what you said is true and is mainly due to cultural differences. A person that has black skin but has “white cultural values” then they are more likely to be successful and conservative. Same can be said for a white person that adopts other cultures.
Almost all minorities got increased benefits. Who wants to bet the only one that didn't were asians?
That's why you cannot just focus on race or gender. You focus on those having the most difficulties and figure out reasons why.
Schools are in general not designed to teach boys. The teaching style commonly used works better with girls/females. There are a bunch of different teaching/learning styles. However, public schools usually only focus on a couple.
Private, Charger, and other school choice with Vouchers is important as it allows parents to find schools that fit the learning style of their children.
