With the advancements of medical science, it would be important to clarify that the child should be removed from the unwilling mother without being harmed, as far as is possible. That doesn't contradict previous verdicts (that I know of), so there's no 'settled case law'-argument against ruling on it.
Just make it a state issue and remove all federal funding. Provide contraception at rock bottom prices and medical emergencies for states that are against it. You want to use abortion as birth control then move to a state that voted for it. Religious beliefs shouldn't dictate policy.
They won't repeal it. They will define when life starts
Not repealed. Tweaked.

Not a chance, it will never be overturned. This is the lefts straw man.
Im not sure there will be a literal repeal. But I look at courts as a valve that needs to be tightened/ shut off.
There is precisely zero chance.
Repeal is probably the wrong word. Roe v. Wade is a court case, not a law "Overturned" is a better choice.
When did we overturn Dred Scott?
Abortions will go away with legislative action. We just need the SC to confirm the supremacy of the legislature in, you know, writing laws.
There never was a right to abort, and there never will be.
