Law passed by congress limits it to 9. But it's not in the constitution. So the house and senate could change it.
If they they want to pack it let’s put this out there and watch their eyes glaze over and their heads spin! They would be forced to attack their own plan!!
To be honest, when Trumps finalle debates with Dementia Joe, his stance on the subject should be "promise delivered". As in, 3 justices installed, that's good enough, barring any fuckery from the left. Because it's really great to just say that "we're done here", 3 justices is plenty. Now he needs other, equally strong promises.
