Become a Ranger, travel the world. Come back to a surprise.

Rainman 12 points ago +12 / -0

I tabbed when I was a mech Infantry scout, never went to bat, but I recall the instructors saying "Ranger, if you're doing some hot thing and there's a pair of jump boots under the bed, you better get the fuck out of there..." Well this illustrates what can happen if you don't do that I guess.

No fucking way! I thought the white couple with the black baby was added by OP. That's really the picture they used!

To those playing the racist card on those who object to this photo: This is not a typical white family. This would be more appropriate on an adoption site. They want you to feel bad for taking offense to this photo, while pushing the idea that white people need to stop procreating. They've already repeatedly said that's what they want. Why continue to follow the politically correct virtue signalling expected of people who are too nice to save themselves from extermination? Oh yeah, because It mAkEs Us LoOk BaD (anyone who says this unironically should be deported).

13
HatnNewLognReqs 13 points ago +14 / -1

My first thought was they adopted the kid. My second thought was how do they afford that on a new military salary?

The other comments didn't even register bc nobody plays happy families with a cheating wife.

12
LonelyLadypedeSF_CA 12 points ago +12 / -0

A photo intentionally placed to reinforce the white man bad and white fragility narratives: they use it to send the signal that white people should stop procreating, but if you realize what they're up to and disagree with it, you should hate yourself as a racist and decide not to procreate! Oh, c'mon man, they're not out to get whites, it's just a nice adoptive couple - two words: "Sweden, Yes!"

rcstl 7 points ago +7 / -0

Pictures like this appeal to the woke generation. Pedes prolly don't even think about it. My wife's cousin adopted a black baby. She has always been sweet but she's close to the age where other black girls will begin asking her "why do you act so White?"

7
LonelyLadypedeSF_CA 7 points ago +7 / -0

Pedes think about it alot but have relegated themselves to silence to avoid being called racist. If they want to appeal to other races, then they could put up a happy intact black family without any controversy.

4
fingis_dartan 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sadly a lot of people even on this website are still programmed with that woke cuck shit when it comes to this kind of propaganda.

I am at my limit with "diversity training" at work. Perhaps you can tell.

Looks to me like there's a lot of bad stuff going on everywhere. Glad you found a good place!

-1
Staatssicherheit -1 points ago +2 / -3

How do you propose these people save themselves from "extermination"?

Are you familiar with the Nuremberg Laws? Was that a valid way to prevent "white genocide"?

9
LonelyLadypedeSF_CA 9 points ago +9 / -0

How? Have babies with absolutely no guilt. Stop allowing marxists to teach whites that they are bad and should disappear.

7
LonelyLadypedeSF_CA 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is not about any of that. If you don't accept that whites are under attack by the open admission of marxists, then we have nothing to talk about.

-1
Staatssicherheit -1 points ago +2 / -3

This is about saving European DNA and preventing White Genocide. The Marxist will do everything possible, like putting up pictures of a white couple who adopted a black baby, to prevent us saving our precious European heritage.

Being a Ranger is not just joining. Think Marine scale discipline. Understand you join as infantry, go through AIT, Jump School, and tests to be selected to Rangers. Then you are training x365 with some breaks. When you are in the ready battalion, you are on one day notice to go anywhere in the world. And don't think you can slack or you are back in leg country.

Jus' sayin' and good luck!

6
ncstaterepted [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well aware and you're a little off for how it works now. You do not have to go 11x (Infantry) Option 40. I am thinking 35x (Intel) or 13x (Forward Observer) with the option 40.

The option 40 guarantees you a slot at RASP which is the way into Regiment. This is the 8week smoke session, assessment and selection.

Now-a-days you go to OSUT (basic + AIT style job training) and then straight to RASP. You get Airborne after RASP unless you get Airborne (Option 4) in your contract along with Option 40.

And you're correct Regiment is a highly disciplined, motivated, environment. Rangers are getting the most action right now so I would likely see combat.

If you can't keep up with the PT and discipline in Regiment you get RFS (Released for standards).

Not to mention once you're in Regiment you'll probably have to go through Ranger School at some time. I have a Master's degree and would probably come in as an E4 and fuck over a lot of guys who've been waiting for a slot in Regiment for a long time.

I am not soul-set on Ranger, actually I am training for AFSOC right now. I just keep up with Ranger/SF/AFSOC and noticed this.

3
KekKafir 3 points ago +3 / -0

Your problem here is you are going enlisted after 30 to an infantry unit. I get it, the 75th is a SOF organization, but you will be a private in an infantry squad. At 30. If you have college, you can get your Spec 4, but its still YEARS until you are eligible for promotion to SGT. The fact of the matter is, Rangers are a young mans game.

I suggest looking into an 18X contract. ODA's are night and day from an infantry squad. Average medium age on an A team is about 30 vs 19/20 in an infantry squad.

Special Forces are the OG's in SOF man. Jedburg teams were assassinating, subverting and sabotaging France long before the Rangers scaled Point Du Hac.

2
rcstl 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your OP sounded like info from a Recruiter! Looks like you did your research.

One question... Why are you going enlisted? OCS being offered?

2
ncstaterepted [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks man. I am a manager right now and I really don't like the computer + desk + paperwork. I understand even enlisted guys get some desk time, especially in the Air Force. But I like the idea of doing the job rather than managing the guys who do. My best friend is 18D and I asked him why not Officer. You get about 1-2 years doing work and then you become a manager.

2
rcstl 2 points ago +2 / -0

Prolly not really stated anywhere but Ranger officers work for a living. I'm not sure about the SIGINT side but line officers are jumping with their troop!

I'll ask next time he is in STL.

I agree with kekkafir, 30+ as new infantry will prolly suck.

1
Nomoralcompass89 1 point ago +1 / -0

And you're correct Regiment is a highly disciplined, motivated, environment. Rangers are getting the most action right now so I would likely see combat

Remember, GEOTUS is not the war mongering President of yesteryear.

You may do an entire 4 or 6 year enlistment and not see combat.

Im sure the training is top notch, and if you enjoy that, go after that lifestyle and I wish you the best. I just don't want you to have the wrong expectations.

2
ncstaterepted [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah my best friend is 18D and he's spending his time traveling around Europe on deployment right now. I'm aware there's not much going on and I'm ok with that. Thanks!

A young white couple adopts a black baby who was abandoned by its useless inner-city parents, and are now raising it to be a Republican-voting patriot who loves his country and will serve in the military when it grows up.

Seems good to me!

0
Staatssicherheit 0 points ago +4 / -4

Ironically this could be a picture from a pro-life website. Would you guys still find this photo offensive and disturbing if it was on that kind of site instead?

1
havemydata 1 point ago +2 / -1

Judging by some of the comments they would because of what the baby is. Disgusting.

-1
Staatssicherheit -1 points ago +4 / -5

Why do you find this so demoralizing?

-4
Thingthing22 -4 points ago +14 / -18

Why? Adopt some inner city kids and give them a future. Stop being racist because of a fucking photo.

9
T__X 9 points ago +10 / -1

Stop slandering folks as racist just because they're just sick of being force-fed propoganda 24/7/365.

-4
Staatssicherheit -4 points ago +1 / -5

Am I racist if I believe America is for whites only? That non-whites should be stripped of their citizenship and deported. I just want a white homeland. You tell me. Am I racist?

2
T__X 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do you believe all that? Because there are an insignificantly tiny, meaningless number of non-glowing people way out at the tail end of the spectrum in all of the country that espouse / believe all that.

-1
Staatssicherheit -1 points ago +1 / -2

Have you talked to the WNs here? This is what they believe. They were crapping on a nice photo with a bunch of cute little kids in American flag clothes because some of the kids were not white.

1
T__X 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, I haven't because, like i said, i think most of them are either glowing (or false flags), or are such an inconsequentially small number to be meaningless.

Do you think it's ok to be white?

1
Staatssicherheit 1 point ago +2 / -1

Yep, it's ok to be white.

I've talked to enough of them to know that they are genuine in their beliefs.

3
T__X 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't have any reason to doubt that there are some genuine ones.

That doesn't have any bearing on whether or not this pic is, in part, intended to be propoganda driven by and driving an agenda.

-4
havemydata -4 points ago +2 / -6

If you think an innocent picture of two white people happily holding a black child is propaganda, you might be a racist.

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
1
CJBarnacle 1 point ago +1 / -0

or have more white babies so we don't become a minority in our own country.

-6
havemydata -6 points ago +9 / -15

If you find adoption demoralizing you probably weren't cut out for military service in the first place.

8
T__X 8 points ago +9 / -1

If you find that photo only intended to convey adoption, you probably aren't cut out for recognizing propoganda in the first place.

0
havemydata 0 points ago +3 / -3

If you see the picture of a family loving an adopted baby and you immediately think it's some kind of cuckoldry propaganda it's a you problem, not a Ranger problem.

4
T__X 4 points ago +4 / -0

Serious question: how do you know that's a picture of a family with an adopted baby? Was there some fine print in the original picture that got cropped out? A footnote on an adjacent page?

Does the flyer intend to exclude the potential interpretation that maybe it's a blended family with a child from a previous marriage?

Does the flyer intend to exclude the potential interpretation that maybe it's a family that had a child due to infidelity of one or the other of the spouses, but they reconciled and are now a happy family?

If there is a line drawn somewhere between the possible / acceptable / intended interpretation of the picture, where is it and why?

Or is it that "it's just a picture, man, it doesn't matter" - which is why advertising isn't a multi-billion dollar industry - because images don't have any known ability to influence people's thinking / mindset / behavior.

0
havemydata 0 points ago +1 / -1

which one of those scenarios is demoralizing?

2
PanderjitSingh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Each one represents a reduction of European reproductive capacity and in a world on track to be 50% African in 30 years that’s a tragedy.

1
T__X 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tell you what, you take a shot at answering the questions i asked you first and then I'll answer the question you asked as a deflection.

1
T__X 1 point ago +1 / -0

Screw it, I'll answer regardless. None of them are. And i doubt any of them were to the OP. They were just provided to show that you were making assumptions about facts not in evidence to slander people, while completely missing the OP's point.

Seeing a set of white parents with a black child isn't demoralizing. What's demoralizing is recognizing that it is at least partly propoganda - and is intended as such. And that portion of it that is propaganda is intended to undermine a culture that made and makes up a majority of this country. It is, to use the lefts terminology and values, a racist/racial stealth assault on a culture that makes up a significant part of this country.

Knowing that the orginazation you are considering joining that is supposed to defend this country is in the process of undermining it in this way could certainly be demoralizing.

1
havemydata 1 point ago +1 / -0

Propoganda to what? Get more people to adopt black children? The horror.

1
havemydata 1 point ago +1 / -0

I know that it's an adopted baby because that's the only situation that makes sense. I mean you can do all the mental gymnastics you want to try and justify your blatant racism, but nobody but you believes it.

1
T__X 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh, i see, you're just a leftist troll.

I regret wasting time talking to you.

Also, fuck you and your empty slander of people as racist. That isn't the trump card you think it is.

3
T__X 3 points ago +3 / -0

Also, i seriously doubt cuckoldry was the intended message, that would be a bridge too far in the context. I suspect it was just trying to imply adoption, in an effort to bring diversity and inclusion to what would have otherwise been a "white-supremacist" photo - which the woke PR team that created it would be loath to do.

-8
Edmond -8 points ago +9 / -17

I have no problem with this. Looks like a happy family to me in that picture.

Slippery slope is a logical fallacy.

8
BeefyBelisarius 8 points ago +8 / -0

Sometimes. Otherwise "who cares what two adults do in the privacy of their bedroom" wouldn't have led to drag kids and "15 days to slow the spread" wouldn't have led to neverending lockdown.

Mrs_Fonebone 0 points ago +1 / -1

There are a lot of things in this world that are horrifying, disgusting, maddening etc. Trump and our fellow conservatives are fighting against these things. The one thing NOT to do is to abandon your goals because of what someone else is saying or doing.Don't let them stop you from going after your dream and your purpose. There's an old saying: "The dogs bark, but the caravan moves on."
