It's been nearly ten years, no cable since then, but DirectTv subscribed me to NFL Sunday Ticket when I surfed by the channel. I called them and said I didn't subscribe. They said, "Sorry, we can't cancel once you're subscribed." Season hadn't even started yet. I told them to cancel DirectTV. They cancelled Sunday Ticket.

Yup, you gotta call them and opt out or theyll automatically renew it.
I had to call those clowns 2 times to close my account and the assholes still billed me an additional two weeks after disconnecting.
That prompted a third call to make an adjustment to my bill. Fuckin useless.
