When you buy it, you are still helping American businesses. American distributors and grocery stores all benefit from imports. The key is not getting stuff that is imported from our enemies like China.

Dairy products from grass fed cows has vitamin K2 that you can't get anywhere else. (Except natto, which is a fermented soy bean product and disgusting, believe me.)
It isnt too bad as far as prices go and if looking to trim the costs, Aldi sells KerryGold butter & cheeses, too.
