Big state, small police force. Lots of places to hide. But I'd be willing to bet there's a lot of large cities with more wanted felons running around than up here. I don't know what this dudes problem is.
Except he's not wrong at all. It's also common sense unless you're an autist - Alaska is about as far away and sparsely populated as you can get while still being in America.
